A Note from Storm

I had so much fun choosing the fabrics for this bird. I wanted each part to have its own pattern and texture without losing the feeling of the bird as a whole.

I especially love the way he's looking back. There's something so calm and curious about that little glance, and that's what gave the piece its name.

I also liked bringing some of the leaves in front of him. It makes me feel like I've spotted him through the foliage and he's just noticed me, too.
