Returns & Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide an item isn’t right for you, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaged carefully so they arrive back safely. Unless the item arrived damaged or there was a problem with your order, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund for the purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so I can help make it right.

Because my artwork is one-of-a-kind, I don’t offer exchanges. There usually isn’t another identical piece to exchange it for. 😊

Once I receive the returned item in its original condition, I’ll issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
